2021 Boulevard Cohousing is envisioned as an inclusive community of 25-30 people, of different ages and abilities. We believe we can build 18-24 small residences, each with their own bedroom(s), living room, kitchen and bathroom, probably of about 500 square feet each. We seek to attract a mixed group that includes

  • Downsizers – typical people who are ready to be done with their 3- to 5-bedroom homes
  • Adults with disabilities
  • Veterans
  • Service workers, especially caregivers
  • People with a wide range of incomes and assets [some or all of the units would be designated “affordable.”]

What the meeting will be about

What is cohousing?

What will it cost to become a part of this?

Discussion about “affordability”

How does the money work?

Project “programming” – how many units, what features – the next steps

How will the future resident-owners work together as the developer?

Do you want to get involved?
